Since the early 2000s, Estates Costa Lazaridi has created premium balsamic vinegars that combine aroma, flavour, and unique taste. Produced in our vinegar house or acetaia at Adriani, the Botanico collection follows the traditional methods of Modena. These balsamics are the Greek interpretation of fine aged balsamics, crafted in our winery they bear our signature and expertise.
